Surprise your favourite person with our most unique, 100% customisable balloon creation! We use only the high quality balloons to create a masterpiece tailored just for you.

Note: Please provide any special instructions at checkout. We will contact you if your chosen colour palette is unavailable. Colours may vary slightly due to screen display differences.

⏳ Longevity & Expectations

To ensure maximum freshness, all creations are crafted either the day of or the day before your scheduled pickup/delivery.

Factors such as touch, sharp objects, and extreme temperatures will affect these timelines.

🌡️ Care & Environment

Balloons are sensitive to their surroundings. To keep yours looking best:

Avoid Temperature Extremes: Do not place balloons directly in front of air conditioners or heaters.
- In the Cold: Helium molecules shrink, causing the balloon to appear deflated.
- In the Heat: Gas expands in the sun, which can cause latex or metallic materials to pop.
Indoor Display: We do not recommend placing arrangements outdoors for extended periods.
Helium Safety: Our helium gas is non-flammable.

🚗 Transporting Your Bouquet

Proper transport is key to preventing premature popping:

Vehicle Size: For Super Shape balloons, large bouquets, pillars, or garlands, please arrive in a large vehicle (SUV or Truck) with seats folded down and the space cleared.
Loading: Be gentle! Forcing balloons into small spaces or crowded cars will cause them to burst.
No Hot Cars: Never leave your arrangement in a car for extended periods or overnight. Remove them from the vehicle immediately upon reaching your destination.

⚠️ Safety & Responsibility

Choking Hazard: Dispose of balloons immediately after use. Keep uninflated or popped balloons away from children and pets.
Environment: Never release balloons outdoors. When you are finished, please “Pin It and Bin It!”
Power Lines: Mylar (foil) balloons conduct electricity; keep them far away from power lines.³
Social Media: We love showing off our work! We may share photos of your masterpiece (including customer-shared photos) on our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).

📋 Policies & Terms

Final Sale: All transactions are considered final and cannot be modified or reversed after processing.
Handover Policy: Once the arrangement has been picked up, delivered, or set up, we are no longer responsible for its condition.
No Refunds: We do not offer refunds or replacements for balloons that pop or deflate once they are in your care.

Liability: We are not responsible for any property loss that may occur during the pickup, delivery, or setup process.
